Amazing Customer Service,

I ordered this product on Amazon because they were selling it in my college bookstore for 2 times the price. Unfortunately the order got lost in transit and I was unable to receive the product which resulted in a refund. However, the customer service I received from this company was unlike anything I have had online shopping before.I have had so many problems with purchasing not arriving or it being the wrong product that I was so refreshing to have this company completely understand and immediately offer me a refund or to reship the product. I feel as though you just don't get that kind of customer service anymore. Although I did not receive the product I give this company a 5 star for exceptional customer service. If the opportunity arrises I will definitely order from them again. Thank you!

I expected the book to cover building web applications with Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, but it didn't cover this aspect of the tool at all...I was disappointed in the book because that is the only reason I purchsed it.

It has a step by step tutorial for how to do something, but you will need the data files provided by the instructor (if you intend to do it step by step). It does NOT come with the full versions of the programs, just a 30 day trial. The biggest con I could find was that it's step by step instructions aren't very clear, it will show a super tiny picture and expect you to find it in Dreamweaver, which sometimes is hard because there are so many buttons, but eventually you will!I would rather watch a youtube video since it would still provide everything in this book, but if you need it for a class, it definitely will help you. This book is very clear and has exercises for the software you're using so you can get hands on work with them rather then just read about them. It also comes with a CD with projects the book talks about on it - I didn't know it came with the CD when I got the book. I just needed it for my ITs class haha.
