This is a great book. The story moves along well and the author had some neat ideas. 2 enemy groups from WWII are sucked through a protal to an alien world. A world of Gods and Magic. And becasue of their being from somewhere else, they find that they are inherently able to use magic.

I got this as a gift for my husband. It was a book that meant so much to him in his teenage years when he went through some rough times. He hasn't read it since then and cried when I gave it to him for Christmas. Definitely worth the purchase!
