About the Author

Dr. Travis Stork is an Emmy®-nominated co-host of the award-winning talk show “The Doctors” and a practicing board-certified emergency medicine physician. He graduated magna cum laude from Duke University and earned his M.D. with honors from the University of Virginia, where he was elected into the prestigious honor society of Alpha Omega Alpha for outstanding academic achievement.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Dr. Stork is a fervent believer in helping patients feel empowered when it comes to their health. Dr. Stork practices what he preaches and likes to teach by example, biking to work every day, rain or shine. I started this diet 3 days ago and I already lost 5 pounds. I still have 25 more pounds to loose. The diet is very simple and easy to follow. Recipes from this book are tasty but you have to follow the portion size.

Yes, I am really working with this download of the doctor's diet!
But I will be buying the hard copy! due to the fact that it is to hard to find the page that you want in
The digital format.
The book say it has something like 308 pages, and yet the digital copy has page number like 4678 and such.

I would recommend this book to anyone who needs a wake up call. Most books just tell you to do things, dr Travis explains why you need to eat a certain way. I especially enjoyed the chapters on what weight does to your health.

This is not really a diet it's a way of life. l found it so easy to follow and could make up my own meals with my own choice of food. This book gives you so many foods to choose from that i was never bored or hungry.I have only been on it for a week but feel a lot better and have more pep and my clothes are feeling more comfortable.
