This book is excellent for anybody interested in immediately changing their life. Dolce doesn't waste our time and gets right to the point with meal plans, grocery lists, workout plans and even step by step exercise descriptions. The recipes are easy to prepare, delicious and inexpensive. This book is a must read!

If you've been thinking about losing weight but don't know where to start, START HERE! I'd never exercised EVER! Eating healthy to me was a plate of fried fish and a salad with blue cheese dressing. I just never knew any better! Mike Dolce and his book The Dolce Diet: Living Lean puts everything in perspective. I love how he starts the book with his own personal story. That must have been hard to write because it's so emotional, but I really believe that's what hooked me into following through with my goals and trying the workouts and exercises he suggests. I was really down on myself for gaining the weight I did and for being lazy and not caring. But no matter what may befall us we can always spring back! And I did! I'm now 35lbs lighter and totally off my blood pressure medication. Thank you to Mike for giving me the kick in the pants I needed to take charge of my life. P.S. Made those Dolce Deviled Eggs I saw on the Dolce Diet YouTube Channel and my friends loved them! Now they all want to know about The Dolce Diet! I told them what I tell everyone! GET LIVING LEAN!

YAY! LOST 20 LBS USING THIS BOOK! GO ME!,

Well, I never thought I'd say it, but here it is. I hit my goal weight (lost 20 lbs. in two-and-a-half months) and I did it by following the workouts and recipes in The Dolce Diet: Living Lean. Mike's a genius! How he made everything so simple and easy I don't know. But it works and the methods are seriously easy and painless! It never feels like you're on a diet or depriving yourself of anything. When I realized my weight was spiraling out of control all I could think was HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT? There's no real emergency kit for that problem. All the info out there is so contradictory! But Mike keeps it easy and simple with Living Lean! I never thought I'd be doing the same workouts (exercise used to be my enemy!) and eating the same foods as MMA's most famous fighters, but that just goes to show that Mike seriously wants to spread his wealth of health knowledge to the rest of the world. All I can say is BRAVO! Consider me an official Dolce Diet disciple! Now bring on the cookbook I keep hearing about on Twitter!!! :)
