Product Description

The swashbuckling adventure, perfect for fans of THE THREE MUSKETEERS continues!

Welcome to Paris, in 1633, where dragons menace the realm.
Cardinal Richelieu, the most powerful and most feared man in France, is on his guard. He knows France is under threat, and that a secret society known as the Black Claw is conspiring against him from the heart of the greatest courts in Europe. They strike from the shadows, and each blow is both terrible and deadly.

He set his best man, Captain La Fargue and his elite group of men, to protect the realm, and protect it they did: first preventing an international incident which could have led to war with Spain, and then intercepting the Black Claw's attempt to abduct the Queen, and replace her with a pawn of their own. The plan was orchestrated by their most dangerous adversary yet: The Alchemist. They stopped him . . . but before they could interrogate him, he was rescued from the heart of Paris by an enormous black dragon. And now Paris burns . . .

It's a race against time. The Black Claw still has an interest in the Queen, and the Blades must untangle what it is before it's too late.
