Wonderful book for all bodywork therapists - focuses on client (customer) service whilst ensuring the therapist/practitioner remains safe, happy and healthy. Many handy hinters and responses to potentially awkward situations. Book also had website details and access code to access videos pertaining to sections in the book. I have read this book, used the website access code and recommend this book to all. A+

This is a great book for professional boundries. It is the same as the addition before it. The only difference is the size of the font.

I wish I had known about this book while I was teaching nursing students about psychiatric/mental health concepts. It gives words, scenarios, etc. and should be required reading for any helping profession or field.
