DK - The Drift King

"The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift" is one of the best movies I've ever seen. It contains all of the elements I look for in an interesting movie: action, romance, sacrifice and the war between good and evil.
First of all, I admire the character of Han played by my favorite actor Sung Kang. Lucas Black also delivered a great performance, eventhough everyone expected to see Paul Walker star in this part as well.
The concept which caught my attention the most, was the way director Justin Lin presented the skill of drifting.
Excellent performance of main characters was guided by a real life Drift Kings: Keiichi Tsuchiva and Rhys Millen (lead stunt drivers).
The movie also focused on every day cultural life of Japanese people. I was amazed by the way teenangers dress and spend their time in Tokyo. The use of new technology, driving amazing vehicles has tromendous impact on how youth carries on with their lives these days.
It was a pure pleasure to watch how Sean acquires a skill of drifting and becomes a new DK of the Japenese underworld.
Dangerous ways of living mixed with the glory of power and great music kept my attention allert at all times.
This movie also made me realize that some people in the world always live on the edge of survival being aware that their life may come to an end at any given time. I came to conclusion, that we alone hold the responsibility for decisions we make every day. Therefore, it may be a good idea to reflect on Han's words "who you chose to have around you lets you know who you are". I recommend this movie for everyone to see.

INTRO:Ive seen the first two Fast and furious and honestly this second sequel didnt seem exiting to me.The actor from the two first movie wasnt there and all was showing this going to be a ripp-off.I went to see it and it was great better than my low expectation as i tought they were ruining the serie. Its a good car movie.

Storyline:Classic storyline a new kid that comes to Japan Tokyo to be exact and he has to deal with the mafia to resume the movie short.Sean Boswell is a car lover he does races and he gets moved to Japan because of his problems with the law there he learns a new type of race:Drifting. He gets in trouble with the mafia his frend dies because of it.He learns how to drift and faces a guy from the mafia and the looser quits town.

REWIEW:Not a bad movie could have been better but also worse considering its the second sequel and a different actor its good.Has some great moments.I hope they dont make a fourth one they would push it too far.

Overral:Good movie the cars look cool the races are good 3 or 3.5 stars

The first and second Fast and Furious movies are good, but I do not think I should bother with Tokyo Drift. Stick to the first and second part, then move on to the fourth, fifth and sixth Fast and Furious parts.

I really liked the story and did not mind at all that we only see one Vin Diesel in the last few minutes of the movie.
