I am a fitness instructor and teach a 2 fitness ball classes a week. I found this deck of instructional cards to be very handy. I can stick them in my gym bag and view them before or during my classes. I just wish they had been more advanced moves included.

Went looking for a basic guide to the use of a fitness ball and this card deck fit the bill as a good suppliment to the basic DVD that came with the ball.
