5.0 out of 5 stars Finally some one got to the root of the problem Feb. 26 2010

After many years of reading self help books and wondering why they had not worked for me, this book is truely a breath of fresh air! With The Formula not only am I able to make the changes I've always needed to make, but I am also keenly aware of the lives I need to impact. I intend to not only use this on myself, but also begin to set the foundations properly in my granddaughter who is only 6. I'm so glad I could finally read a book and not just walk away with a warm and fuzzy feeling but actually have a good solid plan that will impact my life and hopefully change others around me. Thank you to Jim Thomson.

Great book. It sheds light into the self-esteem questions; like why is self-esteem so difficult to change. More importantly it shows how to go about changing your self-esteem.
2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed Oct. 18 2012

I was disappointed in this book because I was hoping for a psychology book but what I got was a book about religion. I only read enough to realize that it was all religion. On the large computer screen I can see the tiny cross under the bow, but I could not see that on my Ipad. I use Ereaderiq and the biography of the author was not available to me, either. If the book had been listed in the religion or spirituality section, it would not have come up in my search.
