I was completly blown away by this book. Seriously, every recipe I have tried I have loved and would make again. It is as if I found the cookbook that fits my tastes exactly. I highly recommend this book!!!!!

This is one of the most wonderful cookbooks I have ever used. The recipes are easyto prepare from ingredients on hand in my house. They take very little time and are delicious. My friend ordered three of these books after she read my book. I was introduced to this cookbook by a Thoracic surgeon in my yoga class. He has become a vegan, and now I also have become one. Used to think it would be difficult, but now I know it is easy. I think I will order a few for my family and give them as Christmas gifts.

I like this book for the information it has. I've read almost all of Dr. Barnard's books and I bought this one for updated info. The recipes are really good, which is a bonus. I wasn't expecting that. If you want good health info and good recipes, buy this book.
