If your of a sensitive nature don't read this as its fairly sexually graphic.
The story is great though a typical Martina cole story where you fall for a man that seems decent but always has something to hide.
The characters are great esp tyrell the Clarke brothers tammie and nick.
And as per usual there are lots of twists to the plot.
The story of Jude also gives a realistic insight as to what a heroin addict will do for their fix using everybody and everything to get their fix and really gives and insight into what runway children have to do to keep themselves alive, I found that part tough to read but it was dealt with in a very sensitive and realistic way
All in all a very good read
1.0 out of 5 stars A poor effort Jun 7 2006

There's nothing better than settling down on a winter's night with a good thriller, but this isn't it. From a promising start this book degenerates into flabby writing, cliched and unbelieveable characterisation and a plot that moves at a snail's pace. I couldn't finish it, and don't know if I will read another of Ms Cole's efforts. Disappointing.
