The principles have literally changed my life and have given me the understanding and confidence to now help others. This book is so applicable because it truly does go to the heart of mentoring which is investing in others at the same time you are being given back in return. This book could even be called, the heart of ALL relationships. I like what the back says "The secret to living....is giving". It truly is the secret and has completely changed the way I approach business as well as personal relationships.
