5.0 out of 5 stars A great resource, April 7 2006
By A Customer
This review is from: The Hockey Goalie's Handbook: The Authoritative Guide for Players and Coaches (Paperback)
Great book on the topic of goaltending. Alot of the bases are covered in the book for beginners, and lots of information to help coaches figure the position out as well. In my opinion this is one of the best goaltending resources out there.

5.0 out of 5 stars great book for young goalies & their coaches, Jun 10 2002
This review is from: The Hockey Goalie's Handbook: The Authoritative Guide for Players and Coaches (Paperback)
As any goalie parent knows, most coaches have very little knowledge of what it takes to develop a young goalie. In the eight years since my son, who is now in prep school, started playing goalie, I have constantly looked for a good book that I could recommend to his coaches. This book is the answer. If he were still playing youth hockey, I would buy copies of it for all of his coaches.
