“The Hormone Diet adds an exciting new dimension to the contemporary discussion of hormones and health. It teaches people of all ages how to favorably alter their own internal hormone production with diet change, exercise, adequate sleep, natural detoxification, stress reduction, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, and botanicals–a truly patent medicine-free and very effective, holistic approach.
Dr. Natasha Turner leads readers through a simple, step-by-step approach to determine which of their hormones are high and which are low, and then another step-by-step approach to the correction of these imbalances over time. Following her advice will result in significantly better hormone balance and over-all health–and lead to sustained weight loss for as long as her program is followed.Very highly recommended!”

Well, I got on her detox, (including her bathroom and kitchen detox) and starting feeling much better, and while it didn't happen overnight the pounds did start coming off. I also started incorporating her supplement suggestions for each hormonal imbalance, modifying my sleep habits and doing the workout in the book.Read more ›
I've been lucky to be one of Natasha's patient for over 10 years and she's put me on her plan way before her book came out. After being misdiagnosed for 3 years by my ex-GP, my hypothyrodism was getting worse. She the first one who saw what was wrong and helped me get back on my feet. My pre-menoposal years are getting closer but I fear not this transition because I know that it'll be greatly eased by her help and the plan in her book.
If you don't have the chance to have a great ND like I have, at least get yourself this book. Now!
I wish I had read the book sooner!
