It presents the requirements of ISO/TS16949 in clear and easy-to-understand language, provides tips to facilitate implementation and offers pointers after each clause on what auditors generally look for during an assessment. The authors have captured the entire intent of the Automotive Standard and the requirements to meet todays customer needs. They have also offered some valuable insights and suggestions for transitioning and/or continually improving the organizations processes to meet automotive wants. I highly recommend this for top management teams, middle managers and internal auditors.
