My son decided it was time for me to learn about my computer and stop bugging him all the time. He suggested I get one of the dummie's books and he was right. I felt it was exactly the explanation and had exactly the information I needed to understand what I am doing on the computer every day.

HASH(0xa2e5eb28) out of 5 stars Another good Dummies book Feb. 15 2011
By Florence - Published on Amazon.com

The Dummies series is usually very helpful, and this book is not an exception. I'm pretty good at getting around the internet, but Internet for Dummies gave me new methods and ways to be safe and to do good searches. Even if you find just a couple of new ideas, the book is worth buying.

This book is excellent! [as are most of the "Dummies" series] It has saved my head more times than I can count... great for references on the computer i.e. "pop-up blocker", etc... Great review of text and terminology... also, easy to find what you need.
