Great! Picture quality is excellent, as is the sound. I was elated to find this series on DVD. Loved the show years ago and can't believe it didn't go on for years and years. Funny, dramatic, sexy. Get this one now!I laughed when I read the blurb on the front called 'useless trivia' about how some religious groups were upset because the series starred a 'naked' man, just because in order to be truly invisible McCallum's character needed to doff his clothes. Didn't bother me, because I have a great imagination.

3.0 out of 5 stars CROPPED CRAP Jun 20 2012
Format:Blu-ray|Amazon Verified Purchase
After waiting so many years for an official release of this series it's a shame the much awaited Bluray release is a bodged up cropped for widescreen mess catering for the less discerning modern viewer rather than fans who saw it in 1975.
The tape based effects scenes are sub dvd quality but thats to be expected due to the way the effects were done. The all film sequences actually look very nice which makes the cropping all the more annoying and surprising as they've put all 13 episodes on one disc.
So you can either go for the cropped Bluray or the dvd set with the playback glitch on the pilot episode.
Alternatively you could wait a couple of months and buy the Australian region free release from Madman who have a record of impeccable quality
