The Last Summoner is a hard book to put down. For me, it was a fast read, because I wanted to turn the page to see what came next. I admit I stayed up later than I should have. Eh, work is such a four letter word anyway.
Nina's characters are getting stronger and more fully-fleshed as her writing grows. She has the gift of learning and developing knowledge. I feel as if I've been there, geographically.
