This cookbook is the greatest! I have another similar cookbook, but I like this one better. I have tried about 6 recipes and loved them all! Not a low fat book, but I haven't gained weight. Makes low carb cooking more interesting and diverse. My husband even loved the skillet salad. It is soo goood.The custard was fabulous, and I finally had a really good waffle! Very happy!
