HASH(0x9f8f0534) out of 5 stars A Great book, and a Caution re buying it and other Chogyam Trungpa and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche books. Jan. 12 2016
By Rosie2U - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This is excellent, of course, as is all of Chogyam Trungpa's writing. He was obviously a genius and nothing can take away from that of the amazing profundity of his though.

What impelled me to comment here is that I wanted to own all Chogyam's writings (for my assistance), but have had a hard time sorting out what to get so that I did not double up. As I received scant guidance re this I innocently acquired excess books, I want to say a little to save others from this fate. Most importantly, if you own (as I do) or can access "The Collected Works of Chogyam Trungpa", these volumes include what is published in many individual books & I can therefore see no reason to buy the smaller, individual books also, especially if you have to be careful with your money. So be careful & do your checking up first, eg, look inside & check the contents. "The Lion's Roar" is in volume 4 of his collected works. This also applies to books with regard Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche as there is also a collected set of his writings..
