About the Author
Tony Kemmer spent many years as a top executive in the consumer goods sector during which he had extensive experience of leading and managing organisation change. Recently he has moved into the voluntary sector and among a number of positions is currently East Midlands Regional Chairman of the Campaign to Protect Rural England.
