I bought this book because I was tired of procrastinating in my life, overeating and overspending. I was just not moving forward in my life. I wanted to break the cycle of diving into bad habits of fear, being overwhelmed, and jumping between living in the past and the unnamed future. I wanted to find a way to live in the now and have the wonderful life we are all entitled to. This book gives you the tools to do just that.The journey you take on your individually mapped landscape will provide you with wonderful tools to deal with your ego and goblins and the past you cling to. There are also tools and allies to help you plant new seeds and take action in the present to create the life you deserve.
But you have to do more than read the book. You have to do the journal exercises so you can gain the awareness you need to let go of the past, stop fretting about the future and live for today. I have read hundreds of self help books, but this is the first one I have read that actually gives powerful tools that work when you use them. You can use these tools to balance any area of your life - health, wealth, relationships, and career - anything you choose. I urge you to give this book a try.

I didn't expect to get this book before Christmas so when It was delivered a couple days ago I was so happy as I am a big fan of Ms Reid's. First of all this book is so well written it's obvious that a lot of work went into it. Second - I couldn't put it down!!!I"ve heard Colette talk on her radio shows about the psychological landscapes and inner voices - particularly the Goblin but I didn't realize how deeply this would impact me. In her book she explains how to shift your perception of where you are in your life in a quick and simple process that releases you from fear! I only did a few of the exercises in it and am going to do more but I've been feeling lost lately and this book just turned me around and gave me a whole new perspective on things!!!
This book is going to be a classic and should be a bestseller. I can hardly wait to get the oracle cards that accompany it !!!!
