I originally started this program to work on my sugar issues and to lose weight. It's a great eating pattern something you can do forever. The author educates you on the medical issues and expains the how and why. My husband has lost over 32 pounds and I have lost 30 so far. We're eating better now than we ever have. I was on medication for high blood pressure for 26 years and now do not need any medication. For the past few years my Doctor has been suggesting to me to go on medication to reduce my Cholesterol. After the results were in for my most recent bloodwork the doctor called me in to her office to congradulate me. My cholesterol readings were great. I went from moderate risk to low risk for heart disease and stroke. I highly recommend you to take a look at this book. Sandy

This is the best book I have ever come across. The diet to follow works and is simple and the recipes provided are delicious. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is trying to lose weight no matter how much you have to lose. This is the way to eat for life. Get this book and read it from the beginning to the end and you will be hooked.
