Wonderful recipes, but more pictures needed,

When I received my Kitchenaid Pro 600 Stand Mixer, I received several books. This is one of them. I used many recipes, but the bread recipes are hit with my family. My kids can't believe their mother bakes homemade bread...and they can't believe they are eating homemade bread everyday. I have to bake twice a week, 4 loaves to keep up with them. When I bought bread from store, 1.5 loaves would last us the whole week. The day I bake bread, 2/3 of one loaf is gone after cooling. I found the recipes easy to follow. I wish there were more pictures though.

This book has lovely pictures, recipes, and excellent instruction in the use of you KitchenAid mixer or any mixer. Recipes HELP YOU GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR MIXER!!! and give you ideas for other recipes. I would recommend this book especially if you are new to the use of mixers.

I just bought a mixer and ordered this book. Have to say I am extremely disappointed in it. Barely any picture in it. I need to know what the food should look like. I guess it would have been nice to know this in advance as I feel I have wasted my money.
