This is another Ron LeGrand "Diamond." Each chapter is written by actual students of Ron LeGrand's system and gives insight into how to be successful using his methods. Nice to hear from those actually "walking the walk." This is a must-read for anyone wanting to use Real Estate as the vehicle of choice to earn big money.

Great book for those in the real estate investing world. Different perspectives from at least 15 different investors on how they've worked their real estate business. You can tell most are not book writers, but they know their business and explain it well enough for you to get their point. I know I'll be reading it several times over.
