If the E word causes negative feelings, try water exercise using this book as your guide. This reader had to try it for medical reasons, but now would not do anything else. With this comprehensive book, my program was easy to design and implement. The author uses lots of pictures and explanations. She has exercises for the flabby or the fit. Also included are water gear, toys, and anything for the water bug. It is well written, easy to read, and takes a positive approach.

For anyone who likes the water and wants to exercise, this is the book for you. The author covers the entire subject in this tidy little book. She takes the skeptical beginner through a series of exercises where results show up within weeks. For those advanced exercisers, she has more difficult exercises. The multi-pictorial book reviews swimming equipment, toys and anything the water bug could want. I needed it because for medical reasons, it was the only way I could safely exercise. Now, I would not exercise any other way. This book is well written, easy reading and positive.
