Love this cookbook.

I have the kindle version which does leave a bit to be desired in terms of formatting, but you quickly forget about that when you dive into the recipes.

Easy to make, very delicious, and easy to modify to your needs. The other thing is, this is a slow cooker book.. give yourself plenty of time for these recipes. While the prep is generally pretty quick and easy, it should be obvious to everyone (but deserves a statement because someone will have their head in the sand when starting out with this book) that these slow cooker recipes take anywhere from 5 to 12 hours to cook. Make them the night before or in the morning before you go to work.

A programmable slow cooker would be useful for many of the recipes but not a necessity.
