This is the best Reiki Book ever. I am a master and use it in my training of others. It has wonderful illustrations and is written in a way that is easy to follow and understand. Very informational for a new Reiki practitioner or just someone interested in learning more about Reiki. Most books do not cover the Chakras as well as this one does.

This book is a wonderful introduction to those new to the path of Reiki. It is easy to comprehend and the colorful presentation and photographs make the book a joy to read through. Especially helpful for the new practitioner are suggestions and meditations for bringing Reiki into one's life everyday.

I've used this book as required reading for my Reiki I (beginning) students for the last 3 years or so. Beautifully written, illustrated and well grounded, this is one of the few Reiki books that are readable by beginner, dosn't "go off the deep end" or have an axe to grind. It offers an excellent introduction to the metaphysical (non-physical) side of us all, and serves as a competent reference book for the first year or two of those just starting out, but wishing to delve into deeper and more advanced metaphysical understandings of themselves and healing at all levels, physical, mental and spiritual. I recommend it without reservation.
