Outstanding reference if you are a novice to cooking or a seasoned pro. I would consider this a must have for anyone who loves to cook. I have started taking a culinary arts program and this book has become a great go to when I want to better understand some of the techniques taught.

i did not like the professional chef at all i was actually looking for the real book
professional chef but you sent me the question guide

i cant use it at all i would like to return it asap and you can have me send the real professional chef book
