Really insightful and well-written book. He covers happiness from many angles using a holistic approach. In the end...we are all responsible for our own happiness.
It's not an easy read Jan. 3 2013
By Trinidad Man - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
The book is strong on theory and facts. You may have to read certain chapters more than once to understand the language. But, it's interesting, intriguing & put's happiness in a different perspective. Once you read the book, you would make a concerted effort to become happy....if you are not so today.
