I just love this mediation and the ease of it's use. It is designed to go to sleep with, making it easy to comply to the 6 weeks of daily listening. Everytime I play it I hear something new.

Be careful if you have defined religious views,

I'll admit I love listening to this CD. The sounds and the voice make it easy to relax and absorb the message. But every time I hear "God, of which I am a part..." my instinct tells me that it does not align with my views on God. I find it hard to listen and relax when my mind is asking whether or not their view on God is right, whether it aligns with my views and it's just a wording thing, or whether I am being subliminally recruited into a cult :-)Seriously, if you may have religious differences with this CD, it may not be for you. I wish Kelly would produce the same CD with all the God references taken out - I'd rate that 5 stars.

I've been listening to Kelly Howell for years and have loved just about all of her audio CD's. I came across 'The Secret' book awhile back and watched the DVD too. It wasn't until later that I bought 'The Secret Meditation', and by adding 'The Secret' into it, it's amazing. A wonderful and soothing audio CD that I highly recommend, and a book I highly recommend is Understanding: Train of Thought.
