5.0 out of 5 stars Make sense of your kit Aug 16 2010
Format:Paperback
I love this book. I have purchases many sewing machines and collected 20 or so feet for these machines, some of which I have no clue how to use since the machines never came with manuals. This book not only showed me how to use some of them, but has opened up new possibilities for stitching ideas in my creative endeavors.. So inspired. Anne (Pontiac, Quebec, Canada)

1.0 out of 5 stars Sewing Machine Attachment Book Nov 16 2010
By Laurie
Format:Paperback
This book was a big disappointment. Not at all what I expected. Maybe it was for artistic expression, but the fact that the sewing machine and accessories they used for the illustrations were around when the dinosaurs walked the earth. For example, the buttonhole attachment...my mother had one exactly like it in the 50's. As far as I know, the sewing machines we have now have a different method for making buttonholes. I was looking for a book to give tips and techniques for the more current sewing machines. In fairness, there is a small amount of info I will be able to utilize.
