Per the EA Website, this is the same stuff pack as "Sims 3: High End Loft Stuff," not a new release.

This is the European version of High End Loft Stuff. I do not know why Amazon is selling it here. Amazon is also selling European versions of the other expansions, so be careful which you buy and make sure the expansion region matches your base game. The best way to tell on any video game is to check the rating. US games have the ESRB rating (a letter) while European versions have the PEGI rating (a number).
