Wow! Awesome collection of Gorillaz songs.It also comes with a great DVD of their unique videos. A must have for Gorillaz fans.

Great Gorillaz starter album

If you have ever been curious about Gorillaz, their music, and their art, this collection is the perfect starter.
First off, you get all of the singles that they have released from their first 3 ablums: Gorillaz [Explicit], Demon Days, and Plastic Beach (no singles from their 4th album, The Fall, are in this collection). Also included are some remixes, such as 19-2000 Soulchild remix, and also Doncamatic, a Plastic Beach single that wasn't released with the album. It's great that the remixes and Doncramatic were included as these aren't played on the radio much.
Secondly, if you get the CD/DVD combo, you get a DVD of most of the video singles, plus some live performances, even one that hasn't been released on DVD before (i.e., the Roundhouse performance). So not only do you see the amazing art that Jamie Hewlett created, but you get to see Damon Albarn and his gang doing what they do best: perform the music!
Last, but not least, the artwork on the cover spans all 3 studio albums (or phases, for the Gorillaz fans in the know) from Jamie Hewlett. This is another great introduction to the art, but it also let's you see how the "band" has evolved over the last 10 years.
All in all, even for the die-hard Gorillaz fans (like myself), pick up this CD/DVD combo, even if you already have all the songs.

So I thought this was really cool. Video's etc. Price was great. Some of the live stuff just seemed like filler material but it was interesting to see how they would do a live performance with an animated band.
