This CD and booklet set is just Amazing!!! The affirmations are insightful, soothing, inspiring, joyful, encouraging and more!! Deepak Chopra's voice is very relaxing, and the music between affirmations is magical. Highly recommended!

Let me start with the packageing. Cunningly done. It is designed with a lid that fold up and underneath it says pull here. When you pull the tab out to the right it pulls out easily to reveal the CD, but also is somehow attached to the other side so that a drawer that contains the flip chart with the affirmations on it opens up simultaneously. The artwork on the box is lovely and even the bottom of the box is nicely done with artwork and inspirational quotes. The CD is Deepak Chopra reading what is written in the flipchart with lovely music in the background. The flipchart has a fold out stand so it can sit upright if you wish and has 13 tabs which have different affirmations front and back for a total of 26 affirmations. The art work here too is lovely and the type is easy to read. The affirmations themselves are nicely done, thoughtful and inspireing. Overall this is an easy 5 out of 5 for me even if the affirmations werent topnotch (which they are), the creativity and attention to detail that went into the PACKAGEING would have deserved 5 stars alone. this is well worth the money spent on it and then some. this is a purchase you wont regret.

Love the CD. Very good in helping to let go of negative energies that are a part of my existence....and a great reflection of how I still see the world around me. Best CD on affirmations.
