Although Chopra's theories are expressed in a confusing and repetitive manner, the techniques he advocates may prove interesting to those who enjoy his humanistic, if convoluted, approach to self-help. Among the seven principles for achieving synchro-destiny are the daily practice of meditation, a continued focus on one's deepest desires and the acknowledgment of emotional pain.

In this book, Chopra focuses on the coincidences that occur in our lives. Using a rather complicated assemblage of scientific-sounding information, combined with vintage Chopra-isms, the author teaches that coincidences are messages, clues about our lives that we need to follow more closely. He claims that if you live your life with a better appreciation of coincidences and become sensitive to the underlying meaning of these events, you will achieve the spontaneous fulfillment of your deepest desires. Per usual, the book includes exercises and steps to lead you along the way to the promised conclusion, a happier and more fulfilling life. Synchronicity is a tool for you to use,

The tagline is "Harnessing The Infinite Power Of Coincidence". I had purchased this book after realizing just how many 'coincidences' were happening to me. After reading the book I could then create synchronicity within my life. If I focus on an outcome or something I wish to have in my life, the universe will manifest it in subtle (and not so subtle) clues. The difference is I can now see the message within the clues.A powerful book that opens a world of possibilities to those who apply the simple and easy to adopt practices written within the pages of this book. I gained a sense of connection, power, and awareness that was far beyond what I had anticipated. This book is a great tool for those who understand that they are connected to something much greater. In fact, you don't even have to understand it. If you have a slight suspicion this book can open up that awareness. This book is probably not for those seeking only scientific explanations because science has yet to define the infinite power of the universe. That power exists inside us and is there to tap into. Deepak is a talented and exciting writer and I enjoyed this book very much!

i've read this book a few times now. it is a great pointer to the world of coincidences and everything in between. it's also relatively straight forward and easy to follow. the concepts are defined and the illustrations/examples provide help to clarify things further'i definitely recommend this book

Wayne Dyer is better(most of his books). Tiffany Snow is better (all of her books). Some of Chopra's earlier works are better. Many books are better than this, this one just repeats most of what we already know, so why bother?
