Good Basic stretches with good instruction,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Stretch Deck: 50 Stretches (Cards)
I picked this up the the other day so I could explore some other stretching options. I like the basic illustrations on the rear of each card that demonstrate how the stretch is to be done. The front of the card contains information on how to do the stretch, how many times you should do it and a tip that might be who the stretch is good for, or a referral to another helpful stretch. You can pick several cards for each stretching session. The pamphlet that comes inside describes the benefits of stretching, how you should approach stretching and some pre-defined stretching groups of cards for specific lifestyles, i.e: office workers, golfers, etc. . .

Review for Kindle version,
By Candy Franklin - Published on Amazon.com
Although I've been into exercising and working out for years, I never really put much notice into stretching.I got this along with The 5-Second Flat Belly Secret - Lose 2-3 Inches from Your Belly in Less Than 1 Month for Kindle in order to become more flexible and get a flatter waist area. I'm happy to say that after 5 weeks I'm way more flexible, my posture is a lot better, and my belly and waistline have become a lot more toned. This is a good buy. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful

Handy and Well Done,
By mable b. "mable" - Published on Amazon.com
Having begun with Bob Anderson's stretching book, I came to find it cumbersome so sought and found these user friendly cards. It's so much easier to vary a routine just changing your little card stack and the info is concise but thorough. The cards are on heavy stock so should stand repeated use.
