I believe this woman has low self esteem and is projecting this onto young, impressionable girls. Why else would she state that having a space between your thighs is the only way to be considered attractive. She started off slightly overweight and in the course of her obsession to become thin, like the photo shopped images all over the internet and magazines, she decided that all women without this were disgusting. She did not consult any doctor, nutritionist or specialist to back up her claims. She believes, in her mind, that having this gap makes her superior to women without the gap.

I find it sad also that she was on the show and could not speak intelligently about how she came to her findings: especially the hunger training. Did she watch a bit too much of the Hunger Games? My daughter and her friends all want this, but her body is not built for a "gap". She has been a dancer for 14 years and she has beautiful and powerful legs and to have this woman thing she should starve for 16 hours just to fit into some silly pants with a low digit, I find offensive and disgusting. Does she honestly think any man is going to say "sorry, you don't have a thigh gap, I'm not interested?" What a joke!

She has also quoted that Dr. Oz supports her book which he did not. So another lie. Her English and grammar in the book are laughable and hard to read without getting a headache.

Don't get me started on the "Bikini Bridge"! This shows how ignorant this woman truly is!! This photo was done as a joke and was shown to be so on the "The Today Show" in early January and she is now trying to convince girls that this is also something to attain. Anyone with a brain knows that if you lay down and suck in your stomach, your hip bones will show!

Did I buy the book? No. But there is a long link to the first painful 8 chapters that are available via .pdf that you can find easily on the internet.

This author should be ashamed of herself! Giving young women and women in general another part of their body to obsess about and make themselves feel even worse about themselves if they don't achieve the thigh gap. Some women will NEVER achieve it because they don't have enough space there or wide enough hips in the first place! She is not qualified to give this dangerous advice and is not a doctor! Shame on you for trying to make money off of the insecurities of women on yet ANOTHER body part and paving the way for MORE eating disorders and diseases! Makes me ill! Wake up people!

I bought this book last summer after being sick and tired of my thighs rubbing together causing blisters in the summer heat. i was sceptical at first. Then I read this book and took Camillas advice. I am a pear shape i.e. i gather weight on my lower half of my body and this can be very frustrating. Well after following her advice my weight did come off on my thighs. No more thigh rubbing and i look much better in clothes especially in trousers. i am delighted i bought the book and would recommend it to everyone who would like to loose weight on their thighs.

I purchased your book after seeing you on Dr. Oz last week and, after fully reading it, I really believe it will help me to obtain thinner thighs along with a healthy diet. I have seen both sides of the thigh debate LOL. I was a size 2-4 before pregnancy and, personally, my thighs were still muscular and I had to purchase pants 1-2 sizes larger because of my thighs. I am currently on a Mediterranean-based plan with reduced portions and limited calories and getting great results. I believe that by implementing 8-10 suggestions you have in your book (especially exercising right before eating-can see the results already!), I will be a healthy weight with thighs I will be happy with. Good luck to you and I hope many other women will read the book prior to stating an opinion and learn that you do not encourage starving or exercising until you drop to achieve the body you want. I am looking forward to your exercise DVD. Take care and stay strong! God Bless!

Update: I have lost 18 pounds and a ton of inches using the hacks listed in this book! My weight/inches loss is still ongoing and I cannot believe it is consistent! Hacks I am using include HRM all day/every day, 10K+ steps per day, cold baths/showers several times per week, burning all calories from last meal before eating next meal and exercising 2 days on, one day off. I have received numerous compliments on how great I look and how nice my legs look! This book is the real thing. I will continue utilizing it throughout my weight loss journey and beyond. Her short workouts on You Tube are great when done as a group. Thanks again Camille!

I purchased this book through Amazon and then on Kindle Cloud because I wanted to read it right away. I immediately learned information I hadn't even thought of that I know will help me conquer my stress eating habits and reboot my system for a healthier lifestyle. The best I've felt about my body image was when I had a thigh gap and my thighs no longer rubbed together, and that's why this book got my immediate attention. When I was at a healthier weight, I had more energy and less aches and pains. I strongly believe that along with a healthier diet and exercise regime, this book will help me to achieve those goals again AND help me to stay on the path of a healthier lifestyle.

She has some really good information in this book and good tips.She does not promote anorexia, she promotes body sculpting, the way you want your body to look.Some of her tips like working out before you eat do work, and I used that principle many years ago when I found it worked to promote weight loss for me. With so many people being overweight in this country, you do not have to eat so much all the time!!! Good read and I am going to apply some of her principles.
