Product Description

*AS SEEN ON THE DR OZ SHOW*

80% of women voted 'thighs' as their most disliked body part. Sad, but not surprising, since most women suffer from stubborn lower body fat in their hips/thighs/buttocks that results in undesirable body proportions and makes slimming down these areas miserably difficult. "The Thigh Gap Hack" is the first and only book that focuses specifically on all of the shortcuts (known as hacks) that makes eradicating stubborn lower body fat easier and foolproof.

Broken down into diet hacks, exercise hacks, outside hacks and motivational hacks, this book consists of 260 pages of real, actionable advice that will introduce brand new techniques, as well as reveal top secrets, to targeting fat loss.

Techniques include Hunger Training (TM), how to increase you're metabolism so you burn more calories/fat throughout the day, miracle foods that will fill you up but and keep you within your calorie goals, exercises to avoid that add bulk to your legs and those to perform that give the appearance of a lengthened limb, and much more!

You will get results in just a matter of weeks and never have to fumble around in the dark or test out conflicting advice as to what works. This book is simple, straightforward and full of content (no fluff). And, anyone can make the techniques work, no special equipment, expensive foods or crazy supplements required. Even if you don't want to get a thigh gap, but still want to learn once and for all how to slim and trim down your lower body this book is for you!

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:
"The Thigh Gap Hack is a book that uncovers and compiles a list of the most effective diet, exercise and "other" hacks for stubborn lower body fat known to plague women across the world. "

"If you are pear shaped, overweight, have overdeveloped leg muscles and tired of running, spinning, hiiting and doing everything else under the sun that seems to only lead to bigger and bulkier legs, get this book!"

I believe this woman has low self esteem and is projecting this onto young, impressionable girls. Why else would she state that having a space between your thighs is the only way to be considered attractive. She started off slightly overweight and in the course of her obsession to become thin, like the photo shopped images all over the internet and magazines, she decided that all women without this were disgusting. She did not consult any doctor, nutritionist or specialist to back up her claims. She believes, in her mind, that having this gap makes her superior to women without the gap.

I find it sad also that she was on the show and could not speak intelligently about how she came to her findings: especially the hunger training. Did she watch a bit too much of the Hunger Games? My daughter and her friends all want this, but her body is not built for a "gap". She has been a dancer for 14 years and she has beautiful and powerful legs and to have this woman thing she should starve for 16 hours just to fit into some silly pants with a low digit, I find offensive and disgusting. Does she honestly think any man is going to say "sorry, you don't have a thigh gap, I'm not interested?" What a joke!

She has also quoted that Dr. Oz supports her book which he did not. So another lie. Her English and grammar in the book are laughable and hard to read without getting a headache.

Don't get me started on the "Bikini Bridge"! This shows how ignorant this woman truly is!! This photo was done as a joke and was shown to be so on the "The Today Show" in early January and she is now trying to convince girls that this is also something to attain. Anyone with a brain knows that if you lay down and suck in your stomach, your hip bones will show!

Did I buy the book? No. But there is a long link to the first painful 8 chapters that are available via .pdf that you can find easily on the internet.

This author should be ashamed of herself! Giving young women and women in general another part of their body to obsess about and make themselves feel even worse about themselves if they don't achieve the thigh gap. Some women will NEVER achieve it because they don't have enough space there or wide enough hips in the first place! She is not qualified to give this dangerous advice and is not a doctor! Shame on you for trying to make money off of the insecurities of women on yet ANOTHER body part and paving the way for MORE eating disorders and diseases! Makes me ill! Wake up people!

Not that bad, I guess. If I was into starving myself then this would be the book for me. But, alas, I'm not.

5.0 out of 5 stars Thank You For the Help I Needed! March 3 2014

I purchased your book after seeing you on Dr. Oz last week and, after fully reading it, I really believe it will help me to obtain thinner thighs along with a healthy diet. I have seen both sides of the thigh debate LOL. I was a size 2-4 before pregnancy and, personally, my thighs were still muscular and I had to purchase pants 1-2 sizes larger because of my thighs. I am currently on a Mediterranean-based plan with reduced portions and limited calories and getting great results. I believe that by implementing 8-10 suggestions you have in your book (especially exercising right before eating-can see the results already!), I will be a healthy weight with thighs I will be happy with. Good luck to you and I hope many other women will read the book prior to stating an opinion and learn that you do not encourage starving or exercising until you drop to achieve the body you want. I am looking forward to your exercise DVD. Take care and stay strong! God Bless!

Update: I have lost 18 pounds and a ton of inches using the hacks listed in this book! My weight/inches loss is still ongoing and I cannot believe it is consistent! Hacks I am using include HRM all day/every day, 10K+ steps per day, cold baths/showers several times per week, burning all calories from last meal before eating next meal and exercising 2 days on, one day off. I have received numerous compliments on how great I look and how nice my legs look! This book is the real thing. I will continue utilizing it throughout my weight loss journey and beyond. Her short workouts on You Tube are great when done as a group. Thanks again Camille!

5.0 out of 5 stars much better than expected! Sept. 7 2014

To be honest, I really hesitated to read this book at first thinking it would be just another diet book with the same super easy common sense outlines found in any other fitness resource. "Exercise this much time per day" "work these muscles" "eat low carb" blah blah blah...
Not in the least! It had a lot of new takes on the same old information, and even someone as experienced as me in fitness (I've been involved in fitness for 10+ years) the author mentions little tips here and there that made me wonder "Well now, why didn't I ever think of that?"
There is a lot of really specific info and it even gets into the tiny details many people overlook or aren't even aware of that could actually be the main reason they're not losing weight, and it is also backed by a lot of scientific info.
I highly recommend this book for anyone looking for different ways to train their lower body in a different way!

1.0 out of 5 stars unqualified Feb. 25 2014

The only thing this author is qualified to teach is how to become anorexic. This is the scariest kind of advice. The author negates the basic fact, most people are physically not designed to have a thigh gap. Period! It is not a physical flaw,it is simply bone structure. It is obscene to place this kind of empty importance on something that is so unobtainable for 95% or more of the population of the world! Please avoid this at all cost! Nothing is worth your health!!
