Be one of the big thinkers that others rave about

Join or incite a worldwide revolution that inspires others to follow. All it takes is one big thought and the revolution is unleashed. One thought, one person at a time, quickly followed by anothersoon big thinking becomes the norm. Your big thoughts enable you to achieve greatness, be remarkable, and create a better world.
Are you a member of the Think Big Revolution? If so, this is your Manifesto.
Every year, millions of people fall victim to a debilitating diseasea disease that cripples careers, destroys relationships, and undermines the health and happiness of the entire world. This disease is responsible for poverty, crime, war, natural disasters, and our economic ills. It has had no name until nowit's called small thinking. Its hallmarks are a failure of imagination and a disbelief in human possibility.
In The Think Big Manifesto, Michael Port calls you, and the world, to action by offering a simple solution to a serious syndrome. Think big, commit to quantum change, envision your future, climb your mountains, and incite the revolution our society needsif it is to survive.
But it takes a personal revolution to stop accepting what is and start energetically creating what is possible. You can't wait until later to do big things. It's up to you to achieve your dreams, to head in the right direction, and to keep your focus. If you think you've waited too long, that there's no point anyway, or that it's too latethat's just small thinking.
But even the most talented and self-confident among us often forget to think big. It's not always easy to do. That's why The Think Big Manifesto is not your average motivational guide. In these pages are ten fundamental principles for thinking big and a personal code of conduct for changing the way you approach the worldtoday. The time has come. Port urges you not to sit back, hesitate, or wait. He awakens your big-thinking self. He stirs the contagious, catalytic power of once dormant big thoughts that are now ready to be released. He asks you to look inward, outward, and upwardto think bigger about who you are and what you offer the world.
The Think Big Manifesto is about changing every aspect of your lifefrom the way you work to the way you relate to friends, family, and community. With real examples that inspire and informlike the high school dropout who built a $100 million business or the hedge fund manager who became an organic dairy farmerThe Think Big Manifesto isn't only about thinking big in your career, but about your very place in the world.
Are you ready to lead the change you wish to see in the world? Your Think Big Revolution starts right here, right nowwith you.

A practical, guru-free call to action,
By
This review is from: The Think Big Manifesto: Think You Can't Change Your Life (and the World) Think Again (Hardcover)
In an era where people are scared and disillusioned, "The Think Big Manifesto" is a wake-up call for right now. What I specifically like about this book is that it does not offer solutions, rather it makes the case that it is up to me to BE the solution (just like in the famous Gandhi quote "Be the change you wish to see in the world"). Practical and punchy examples of people who think big and act big motivate me to reframe my ideas of what is possible. I appreciate Michael's candor about his own challenges around Big Thinking. After reading the book from cover to cover in one sitting (it is a quick read), I find myself adopting a daily habit: opening it to a random page to put me in the right frame of mind to start the day. This is a book to read, underline, scribble in the margins, fold the page corners, to adopt and to give to everyone you care about. The world needs more Big Thinkers and Michael's message will help you become one!

Waste of paper, waste of time,

I'm halfway through the book, and this book is an empty suit. You can sum the message up in two simple sentences.Think big. Don't think small. There, I just saved you a bunch of time, and the price of a book. Seriously, it is hard to imagine writing an entire book that just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. Can I have a refund please? 27 of 28 people found the following review helpful

Think Big Disappointment,
By Matthew Fischer - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: The Think Big Manifesto: Think You Can't Change Your Life (and the World) Think Again (Hardcover)
Sadly, this book was a great disappointment. Page after page was the same and there didn't seem to be anything groundbreaking here the the constant call to Think Big became annoying. Do not waste your money...if you have half a brain you are already thinking beyond this book.

Author could have said it in one page, did not need a whole book. He repeated the title over and over and over and over and over and over and over,... need I say more?
