Product Description
Vancouver's Theory of a Deadman have mounted their return to the rock scene with their fourth studio album, The Truth Is...via 604 Records/Universal Music Canada. The album was recorded at Bay 7 in Los Angeles with producer Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, 3 Doors Down) and the band is currently road-testing some of the new songs while on tour Stateside, including the first single "Lowlife" which is already charting inside the TOP 10 at the Active Rock radio chart.
A lot has transpired since Theory of a Deadman's 2002 self-titled, Gold-certified debut. They've toured relentlessly and built their fanbase from the stage with fist-pumping anthems from "Nothing Can Come Between Us" to "Better Off" (from 2005's Gold-selling Gasoline) through "Bad Girlfriend" from 2008's Scars & Souvenirs, the album which brought them to the Platinum level, selling over 100,000 copies in Canada. Their patented, arena-sized hooks and non-stop touring with the likes of Daughtry, Mötley Crüe, Godsmack and everyone in between has made their reputation and the band is determined to only keep the momentum going with The Truth Is...which cycles through an array of infectious anthems and mid-tempo rockers that don't scrimp on sense of humour and even a ballad or two!
