good story, Jan 23 2011

bobbi smith tells an interesting story about two people who find love with their enemy the secondary charecters get a quick story more toward the end but it is there
i think it is intresting how the viking raiders come to raid anothers land but he turns out to be the hero i just love to learn what would be considered good and bad in other times and places and in this time it was very common for these kinds of things to happen there is not a lot of historical facts in this story but it is a good fast paced adventure type romance
if you like the kind of story that keeps you interest till the very end then this is a must read i can usually guess who done it pretty early on but this book kept me waiting till the very end

ok story written poorly. some of the book was too slow and the characters seemed like they were in limbo. more action was needed.

Love The Story.....Hate the MANY Typos, Oct 4 2011

This was a great story! I loved it and really enjoyed the characters. I felt the story was told well, had excellent detail, and good characters.
Here was the problem: SO MANY typos. Normally there are under 5 in a book. My mind skims over them and moves on in the story. It happens and I get that. Unfortunately, there were so many that I couldn't ignore. I began to get somewhat distracted by them. Then I began to get annoyed. What were all these typos doing in this great story? Why was I trying to figure out what word the writer meant to type instead of just having a good read?
I actually wondered if there was something wrong with the conversion to kindle format.
As far as the writer and the story itself goes: great and definitely a recommended read. The story was involved, a good size, an interesting tale, and I love viking romances.
To read, you have to be able to get past the typos. If you aren't prepared to do that, you might want to pass. Shame on whoever edited this book that they missed so many!
