Great Canadian Watercolour Book,

This review is from: The Watercolorist's Essential Notebook - Landscapes (Hardcover)
I bought this book because of the beautiful, inspiring illustrations and I am extremely happy with it. It has great tips and techniques for watercolour painting but also some solid information for composition, perspective and good advice on not taking it too seriously, which can a problem. I have been painting for years, self-taught in watercolours and I love this book. I can't wait to try the new techniques I have learned.

I have many books on watercolor, but this book is by far the best I've ever purchased. The explanations are clear and precise and there are great exercises to practice what we learn.

This review is from: The Watercolorist's Essential Notebook - Landscapes (Hardcover)
