I've known this book for about 50 years. I've always loved it. It is a perfect example of its type -- wildly romantic without ever mentioning anything sexual. The most notable adjective used is "quivering." She quivers, he quivers, there are miscellaneous quiverings. On the last page the weather quivers. I find it delightful.

Oh, please stop calling the author M. Ethel Dell. She is Ethel M. Dell.

This was the first novel I have read by Edith M. Dell and I was very impressed! It is a Christian romance novel and contains much excitement and has many twists and turns. I thoroughly enjoyed it and want to read more of Edith M. Dell's novels. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
