I have always wanted to detox myself, and I will be able to do it with this book. It gives you alot of different choices that you can do within a weekend.

I can't wait to try it out.

I've tried one of the mini detox weekends and it was amazing! I had been having a little too much fun and overindulging in food, alcohol and a lot of late nights leaving me feeling bloated, run down, and with zero energy. I thought this would be a great kickstart into a healthier me. Even though the detox is only over a weekend the mono-diet and complementary at home treatments really hit me hard (I was very toxic). By Monday I felt rejuvenated, fresh and it felt like it had given my digestive system a new kickstart. It would be great to give your body a boost every now and then.

I can't wait to try the other detox plans including ones for the change of season, your spirtual side etc.. they all seem really logical and easy to do. I really recommend this for busy people or anyone wanting a boost to their health.
