...weight loss book I have ever read.

I totally disagree with one star review by "Common Sense". So much so I have to write my first review. I ordered this book based on its `goodreads' description. Early on I was bookmarking the pages I found especially informative, interesting or valuable. I quickly had to up that to sticky notes, finally to a highlighter because this book is so full of insight and practical, real-world advice.

I promised a friend I would lend it to her once I was finished but (sorry Carolyne!) I've changed my mind. I'm hanging on this one - it is definitely a keeper.

- The Portion Distorter. And too much "Sitting Duck".

This is the most sensible book I've read on weight loss. It's straight forward, easy to follow and uses foods in the recipes that are familiar and accessible. There is nothing 'faddy' about this book.
