...weight loss book I have ever read.

I totally disagree with one star review by "Common Sense". So much so I have to write my first review. I ordered this book based on its `goodreads' description. Early on I was bookmarking the pages I found especially informative, interesting or valuable. I quickly had to up that to sticky notes, finally to a highlighter because this book is so full of insight and practical, real-world advice.

I promised a friend I would lend it to her once I was finished but (sorry Carolyne!) I've changed my mind. I'm hanging on this one - it is definitely a keeper.

- The Portion Distorter. And too much "Sitting Duck".

Format: Paperback
The only prescription for weight loss is: reduce calories and increase physical activity..period. Anything else is just common sense! My mother said it best 50 years ago...eat a balanced diet, and get fresh air and plenty of excersise!
