About the Author
Jill Jones, a certified instructor of Iyengar yoga, teaches yoga to some of the Pittsburgh Steelers football players. Jill Jones began her practice of yoga in the Iyengar tradition in 1995 in Philadelphia. She teaches at Shadyside Yoga in Pittsburgh. This is her first book.
