This CD doesn't do justice to this great duo, Jan 28 2001

The Everly Brothers is my favorite duo of all time. I have seen tham in concert and they are still absolutely marvelous. My favorite song by them is "Cathy's Clown." It is not on this CD. Neither is "Crying in the Rain" nor is "Lucille." There are still great songs that make this CD worthwhile including classics such as "Bye Bye Love," "Wake Up Little Susie," "Let It Be Me," etc. However, a 16 song collection should have a better selection. I recommend you buy another CD that does the Everly Brothers more justice.

What a thrill to finally own an album of the everly Brothers. Has taken over 50 years. They were one of my favorites when a teenager. Anyone who liked the brothers will enjoy this album. Singing along is fun too.

This CD features the very sweet and beautiful "All I Have To Do Is Dream", which I would call the highlight of the compilation. The other two ballads I love are "Devoted To You" and "Let It Be Me". "Poor Jenny" is a great song, too. This is a very energetic, entertaining CD.
