I wanted to buy the perfect pillow, so I started to read information in some internet sites. I decided Sissel pillows could be the right choice for me but I discovered that the temp-control one was not able to get here in Spain; that was also the way to get to know amazon.com. I ordered it, it just took one week to get here and although the information I read somewhere said that it problably took three or four days to get used to it, all I can say is that I sleep much better since the first day.I really really recommend it,your neck and back will feel relieved. I assure you, this is the first time I write a review but I felt this experience was something I have to share so maybe someone could wake up in a better mood that usually. Sorry for my English and have a nice day!. Ah!, a very important thing that I almost forgot: the main reason to buy this pillow is that you can wash it completely, I mean: you can wash the cover and you can also wash the pillow itself (it could seem hard to believe but almost every viscoelastic pillow were not washable); they tell you how to do it in the label inside. And I guess that was all I wanted to tell...

Product is great. Just as described - but smaller than a regular pillow. Only problem for me was the shipping. Company sent it out, but it took at least 2 weeks to get it. Wasn't happy about that. Otherwise, I like the pillow.

I had no experienced with this item, I brought this pillow since 2009 for my friend as a gift. I saw his painful & suffering from hurt his neck! I am not a doctor; just a good caring friend, I just tried to helping in his case. I asked him if he likes it or this pillow helping any? He said, "Yes, thanks"!
