This book wasn't as I expected it to be. Be sure to read carefully. THIS IS A POCKET BOOK. The content is good but I didn't expect it to be a pocket book. I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew.

Short points to read and reflect on. Kind of like a daily dose of Trump. This may be one of those books that you could periodically reread.

2.0 out of 5 stars Two Stars is Likely Too Much June 18 2012
By Rocky Mountain Entrepreneur TOP 500 REVIEWER

The books is a compilation of small "essays" that are preceded by a quote from a famous person. The intent is to read one every day or so as opposed to reading right through the book.

I had a number of issues with this book.

1. There is not much content. Total read time is about 90mins tops. The book is about 3" x 3" and fits into your pocket. There are about 186 pages of what he refers to as essays, which are really only about two to four small paragraphs. While this book is not intended to be read in one sitting, the total amount written would not likely fit into 30 typed pages in a normal sized book.

2. Most of the discussions are common sense items with a few snippets of useful information surrounded by filler and feel good statements. The quotes are good at the beginning of each discussion (there are no chapters, just topics), but are not earth shattering and are fairly commonly heard in many other books.

3. He does not highlight much detail on how he became why he did and how he overcame problems. He says he had a problem, had a positive attitude, and everything worked out. Sorry, but there are several steps that are missing in that.

I own several of his other books which I like (the George Ross one on negotiating that Trump forwarded was particularly good) but was really disappointed at this one. I am considering returning it and can't honestly recommend it. While the advice is good, it is not something new but advice that is obvious.
