What an interesting life...,

I have never purchased an audiobook until I saw this one. I am a great fan of Mrs. Burnett (and I am sure that she would say, " Call me Carol") and have enjoyred her many works throughout the years. This audiobook, narrated by herself, was a absolutely pleasure to listen to. I so enjoyed listening to the stories while in my car travelling to and from work that I lost all sense of time. There were so many stories where I laughed that I enjoyed rewinding the particular chapter to hear the tales all over again. For those who are a fan, Mrs. Burnett will not disappoint you with her lovely narration of some very enjoyable stories. I am glad to see that my first audiobook was truly one worthy of listening to over and over again. Enjoy!

A wonderful memoire,

I just finished reading this wonderful book. You can hear Carol's voice as you read through this terrific account of her life. I loved her show and now I love this book. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It's a great testimony to the depth of her character and love of life. Wendy, London, Ontario Canada

Ms. Burnett can certainly tell a story. The short anecdotes are a perfect length for a bedtime reader.I'd heard some of them before, but just like comfort food, it's nice to have them again and again.
